Instructions

  1. In a large steel soup pot, heat oil and garlic over medium-low heat, until garlic starts to brown. (~4 min)

  5. Increase heat to medium, and bring to a gentle boil.

  7. Reduce heat to low.

  9. Add salt and black pepper.

  11. Slowly pour in cream while stirring.
